The Jump into Parenting - Baby Yoga & Music 5 week course
The Jump into Parenting Baby Yoga and Music is a 5 week course and is for babies aged 8 weeks to crawling

What to expect - Yoga
Come along and learn some yoga techniques which helps to support muscle strengthening, digestion and relief from wind and colic. All moves are adapted dependant on age and ability.
Yoga is also a fun way for parents to incorporate stretching exercises as they use babies as a weight.
We end each session with a relaxationtime for parents.

What to expect - Music
As part of this 5 week course, we will also be having lots of fun in our interactive music part of the session, where you will get to use parachutes, scarves and shakers.
During this part of the session there will be time to make a music keepsake to carry on the fun at home.

Support during your Yoga and Music journey
Upon starting the course you will be invited to join a WhatsApp group where you will be given weekly handouts.
This group is also for you to share your experiences and gain support from other families and to make new friends

5 weeks Baby Yoga and Music
Suitable from 8 weeks to active crawling
Course cost: £40.00 payable on booking
Children's Centre Free Pass Cards are accepted at children centre and must be presented to session leader upon attending. FPC must be in date for the session attending otherwise payment must be made by the parent before being admitted to the group.
